Q: When did you join LIFT and why?

A: I joined LIFT in November of 2023. Prior to joining, I was dealing with some health issues and I needed to put a large emphasis on my personal health. My grandmother gave me a wakeup call and I decided I needed a change. I wanted to become the best version of myself so that I could care for my loved ones to the best of my ability.


Q: What do you like best about LIFT?

A: I have been a part of multiple fitness facilities, but never have I been to a facility with such a great community! From the members and how respectful they are to each other, or the helpful staff that is always willing to help anyway they can, there is a community that is so encouraging and one that is not found very often. To me the community is unmatched! I also love the Smoothies in Cafe, and they are just what I need after a workout.


Q: What advice would you give someone who is thinking about joining LIFT?

A: Before you decide to start, set a goal and make sure you have taken the time to build a strong mindset. Once you have the goal, and the mindset, come to LIFT you will find a great community, and an environment that will bring that goal to life. Stay strong, stay focused and go after your goals 100%!

MEET THE STAFF


Hello everyone! My name is Natalie Idzik. I am thrilled to be working with the LIFT Weight Management Program as the HMR Administrative Manager. I have worked with HMR for over 20 years, and have helped many, many people lose weight, while improving their health and quality of life.  In addition to working with HMR, I am a busy mom of two children, and love spending time outdoors walking, hiking, fishing, or playing pickleball! I would love the opportunity to support you with your weight and health goals, so please don't hesitate to reach out!
