Application Due Dates Have Been Extended

LIHTC Applications
Due to the current situation with COVID-19, we have extended the application due dates for the upcoming LIHTC round as follows:

  • Preliminary applications are due no later than Monday, July 6, 2020
  • Final applications are due no later than Friday, September 25, 2020

At this time, we expect LIHTC reservations to be made in December 2020. The complete schedule for this round can be found here: 2021 LIHTC Application Schedule . The schedule and requirements are subject to change as circumstances necessitate; our website will have the most current information and we will email to notify of any changes.

As a reminder, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments that are dated within five years of the application due date will be accepted for application review purposes. If a project receives a LIHTC reservation, outdated Phase I assessments will need be updated. Questions related to Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and HUD Environmental Checklists can be directed to:

Qualified Allocation Plan
The QAP that will be in effect for this round has been approved by NHHFA’s Board of Directors and is awaiting the Governor's approval. You can find the QAP on our website .

In order to practice social distancing, New Hampshire Housing's development staff members are working remotely and are available by phone or email.
