: Sign up for class on MindBody. If you have trouble doing that, email email@example.com

The classes have "times" listed on MindBody because that is the only way to "schedule" them on the software. The silver lining to this whole thing is that once you sign up for your class, you will receive an email with a link, a code, and a suggested Spotify playlist, and you will have 48 hours to
take the class at any time you choose.
YOU CAN TAKE THE CLASS AT ANY TIME YOU WANT WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE CLASS-"TIME".
: If you have or want to sign up for a Spotify Account (relatively inexpensive),
you can find my profile under SweetNamaste and there you will find the playlists which hold the music we think might be an enjoyable accompaniment to your class.
The easiest way to access the video and the playlist would be to play the video on a computer and the playlist on your phone. If you don't have access to 2 devices,
play the video and use your own calming music
OR ditch the music and
inspire yourself with the sound/rhythm of your breath.
: Close your eyes, be with yourself on your mat, listen, and just FEEL the practice...you don't have to visually "watch" the video unless you need clarification of the physical cues.
