We will be opening Spring ACE Registration on Saturday, March 8th at 10:00am!

Clubs may be on different dates when registration opens than they are today and some of these clubs might not be present at all. Continue to check the document for updates.

Please read below for important dates, reminders, and vital information:

Key Dates:

*There is no ACE during any school breaks, weather emergencies or dates when students are not present in the building. 

• Registrations from the Winter do not carry over into Spring or any other future trimester. You will need to sign your student up for classes every trimester. There is no guarantee they will get into the same clubs they are in now. Please plan to register them right away on Saturday, March 8th if there is a specific club they want to join. 
• You will only be able to sign your student up for Spring ACE if you have a functional account on the CommunityPass System and have paid any outstanding bills from the Fall Trimester. Please click this link to make sure you can get into your CommunityPass account NOW; do not wait for the opening day of registration.  
• If you cannot get into your CommunityPass account or have general questions, please email acedci@dcinternationalschool.org and the ACE Team will assist you. 
• ACE and Athletics are different programs at DCI and Cheerleading, Chess, and ESports are all considered Athletics. If you have any questions about these subjects or sports at DCI in general, please email athletics@dcinternationalschool.org.   

Some important notes about ACE Homework Help vs. Tutoring at DCI:

• Homework Help is a course wherein students will work with instructors to complete outstanding assignments. If you want a structured environment where your student is watched over and completes work, then this is a good course for them. 
• Every teacher at DCI does Tutoring Hours throughout the week. If you want your student to have individualized attention in a specific subject, and guidance to complete a project or unit from start to finish, then we highly recommend looking into a teacher’s available tutoring sessions over signing them up for ACE Homework Help.

• Usted solo podrá inscribir a su estudiante para el ACE de primavera si tiene una cuenta funcional en el sistema CommunityPass y ha pagado cualquier cuenta pendiente del trimestre de otoño. Por favor, haga clic en este enlace para asegurarse de que puede entrar en su cuenta de CommunityPass AHORA; no espere al día de apertura de inscripciones.  
• Si no puede acceder a su cuenta CommunityPass o tiene preguntas generales, por favor envíe un correo electrónico a acedci@dcinternationalschool.org y el equipo de ACE le ayudará.

Algunas notas importantes sobre la Ayuda con las Tareas de ACE vs. las Tutorías en DCI:

• La Ayuda con las tareas es un curso en el que los estudiantes trabajarán con los instructores para completar las tareas pendientes. Si usted quiere un ambiente estructurado donde su estudiante es vigilado y puede completar el trabajo, entonces este es un buen curso para ellos. 
• Todos los profesores de DCI realizan horas de tutoría a lo largo de la semana. Si usted quiere que su estudiante tenga atención individualizada en una materia específica, y orientación para completar un proyecto o unidad de principio a fin, entonces le recomendamos que busque en las sesiones de tutoría disponibles de un profesor en lugar de inscribirse en Ayuda con la Tarea de ACE.
