ORANGE COUNTY KOREAN AMERICAN LIONS - RISE AGAINST HUNGER PROJECT
TIME CHANGE TO 1PM TO 5PM
Come join the Orange Country Korean American Lion's Club on January 12th (beginning 1pm) at Los Coyotes Country Club for a fun and meaningful afternoon of laughter, banging gongs, physical activity while packing 30,000 food packs to be sent to hungry children in 2025. OCKA Lion's Club is looking for about 120 volunteers to help pack the dry food so it can be shipped to feed hungry children in needy countries under the Food for Hunger campaign. Bring your spouses/partners, family members, children and friends. It is both a fun and meaningful activity and a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

Share a talent! Our goal Is to fundraise and support Guide Dogs for the Blind. Recite a poem play an instrument, form a group/partner/solo presentation. Please come and join the FUN!
4. Orange County Korean American Lions Club is hosting “Rise For Hunger” service project. Volunteers are needed! Please encourage your Leo Club to participate! 5. Leos Day at MD4 California Lions Convention in Visalia, February 22, 2025, Saturday. Register by January 1, 2025 to receive meals. Go to: https://4alions.org/event/2-12-2-23. Details on website. Transportation from 4-L4 to Visalia will be arranged.
6. Get Your Spring On Dance! March 2, 2025, Sunday, 1-4 p.m. Hosted by Leos for Lions, Family and Leos! Garden Grove Lions Clubhouse, $10 pp. Dress up for FUN!
7. District Leo Meeting #3. March 16 2025, Sunday, 2-4 p.m. Meeting election of new president, and Orphanages of Thailand Presentation Fundraiser. Bring pajamas for Spring donations to OC Children and Family Services, We are also collecting backpack supplies for the Peppermint Ridge Special Needs home.
