Listen Vision Recording Studios celebrates nine years of being a cornerstone of DC's Petworth community during Howard University's famous homecoming festivities with a major event. On Saturday, October 20th, from 12-8 PM, 25 local performers will take part in an unprecedented live concert during the height of the legendary HBCU's homecoming weekend. Between the estimated 15,000 attendees watching headliner Kingpen Slim, as well as the live telecast on Listen Vision's WLVS Radio, this has the potential to eclipse all previous levels of renown for the studio's Howard Homecoming festivities.

Top WLVS Radio broadcaster Antonio the Cuban Cigar Smoker took his Monday afternoon "Cuban Cigar Smoker and Friends" program to the next level with a Skype interview of Oxygen Network star Denyce Lawton. The ex- "House of Payne" star is now a featured member of the cast of the "Girlfriend Confidential: LA" reality program and joined Antonio to discuss her recent career success. As well, of note is the Monday afternoon star's 11-year old wunderkind DJ, Beauty and the Beatz, preparing to showcase her talents in her weekly set.
