Learner Engagement Events are in full swing this school year and we have been busy! On October 11, 2023, students grades 4-8 visited Snapology of Lancaster. Learners were able to embark on an exhilrating journey of creativity, teamwork and engineering. In this hands on field trip learners were able to build there own amusment park rides and they were also able to build their own robots.
Our next event was on October 23, 2023, for students grades 9-12. Learners from various districts came together to take a tour of Millersville University's Campus. while there students got an admisssions overview, full walking tour of the campus and a sneak peak at the dorm rooms.
On November 1, 2023, LLVS Online Learners grades K-8 went on a thrilling and immersive adventure to the hands-on STEM focused Lancaster Science Factory. Learners were able to explore and play with all of the interactive exhibits and were able to use an assortment of tools and materials to fulfill a specific design challenge.
