Advancing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Efforts
in Law Firms

Join LMA Boston for an important and timely discussion on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) in law firms. Our panel will analyze how marketing and business development departments can effectively communicate and advance DE&I efforts within their firms and as part of their marketing and business development strategies. This program will provide resources to promote and advocate diversity efforts internally and externally within a firm.

We will discuss ways to put these practices to work when working on various marketing efforts such as RFP responses or firm marketing materials. We will also learn about the Mansfield Rule and what it means to be an accredited Mansfield Rule provider.
