Changes to mass vaccination centres in London:
Earl Nichols Vaccination Centre closing March 4, 2022.
Western Fair District Agriplex (seven days a week from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm) remains open.
Caradoc Community Centre in Mount Brydges (Tuesday to Saturday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm) remains open.

Primary Care COVID-19 Support Community of Practice – next Connecting Call

When: Wednesday March 9, 8:00-9:00 am (EST). This call will discuss working collaboratively with partners across the health system to care for COVID patients in the community with a special focus on COVID@Home monitoring and Post COVID-19 Clinical Guidance for primary care.

Leave the Pack Behind - strategies to help people quit smoking and medication options to set them up for success. Register here for March 10 (2-3 pm) OR March 24 (7-8 pm).
Heart Health - March 15 (10 am-12:30 pm). Practical approaches to managing cholesterol levels and reducing overall cardiovascular disease risk through health behaviour changes and the potential use of medications. Register here.
Dream On - CBT for Insomnia - March 24 (1:30-3:30 pm). Interactive education session focusing on cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBTi), offering a non-medication approach to help get sleep back. Register here.

The Middlesex London (formerly Western) Ontario Health Team (MLOHT) is seeking an exceptional primary care leader to work in partnership with the Clinical Lead (Specialty Care) to engage and represent the perspectives of primary care clinicians during the planning and implementation of initiatives that improve integrated care. This individual will work closely with the MLOHT Primary Care cluster representatives, LMPCA Executive, and other primary care stakeholders to ensure meaningful engagement, communication, and coordination with the work of the OHT. CCO is looking for four local physician or nurse practitioner designates (1 in of each of the following SW based OHTs - Elgin, Oxford, London Middlesex, Grey Bruce) to support navigation of unattached patients through their cancer journeys in the OBSP, OCSP and CCC program.
