1. Be sure to input your client's information on your Casesheets. Specifically their email address and phone numbers. LNF will automatically send testimonial requests to your clients. Once a client shares a testimonial, it is received both by the agent and the branch manager.
2. Set up your Testimonial Tree account (free for agents to use) and be sure to send your clients a Testimonial Request after working with them!
3. Simply forward your testimonials via email to Columbia@LongandFoster.com if you use a third party to collect reviews.
