My
body type is considered an A FRAME also know as the "pear-shaped"
body. I carry most of my weight below the waist. When I lose fat I
seem to notice it in my upper body first (arms, chest, neck, face )
and secondly my lower legs ( below the knee).
My waist/stomach area seem to shed the fat last along with my butt
and thighs. I've always hated my lower legs because they are so
small compared to my thighs.
Cellulite has become my worst enemy! I can't get rid of it to save
my life!! I miss those days of mini skirts and shorts so
much!
I noticed as my butt and thighs grew, so did the cellulite. I
guess I could always lose more fat in the butt and thigh area but
I'm too
scared to lose too much fat! I DO NOT WANT TO BE SKINNY MINNIE
WITH NO ASS/HIPS AND THIGHS! I'm not over weight so I guess I
may have to live with this cellulite on the back of my thighs, if
it means being too skinny. Sorry, but I'm NOT with that thin
look..not at all! I'm a member of 2 gyms. One of them is an all
women gym because MEN don't always let me workout in peace!
lol!!
Here are some of my workout routines. I change up my
workouts weekly/biweekly so my body doesn't get use to the same
workouts over and over.

MY BOOTYNOMICS WORKOUT PLAN

For many years, Buffie has said that she once was a super sized
tooth pick. She was envious because many other women had curves and
she had none.
One day she went to see a nutritionist to help her gain some
curves. It did not take long before the weight came on and she
turned her transformation into a household name and business.
However, there came a time where she began to gain to much weight
and decided it was time for a change.
She started a workout plan to keep the size of her
BOOOTY
MY PERSONAL FITNESS GOALS ARE:
* I want a flat
stomach and toned mid section ( i don't really need a
defined 6 pack because that would mean losing more fat, remember
I'm not trying to be skinny)
* keeping between 12-16 inches from my waist to my hip ratio (in
my opinion,this is what makes a women fine when she has that
Brickhouse ratio)
* a butt that's firm, round and plump ( I'm actually trying to
lose a few inches off my hips/ass..not too much..just a
little)
*thick, toned thighs ( with a lot of definition)
*cellulite free thighs ( that I haven't been able to accomplish
yet)
* well formed calves
* strong toned back
* arms with definition but not too muscular
* building strength, endurance/stamina
