Lucky for Aspen, and all of us, the skiing was phenomenal and March behaved historically like always - great snow, great sunshine, and wonderful times! Our restaurants worked harder than ever producing wonderful, delicious food and ambiance. Last summer was so successful with expanded outdoor dining which will repeat this year!
We are blessed with entertainment venues re-opening including JAS, MUSIC ASSOCIATES, ASPEN THEATRE, etc. We must support our musicians, actors, etc. as we generously welcome them back.
Our town, county and valley are leaders in vaccinating everyone who wants it. With so many opportunities to enjoy our magnificent hiking, biking, golfing, tennis, rafting, etc-all outdoors, we have every reason to stay HEALTHY!!!

Yes, the market continues to be nuts, with most inventory down to less than a year of supply, and that means a seller’s market. With my many years of experience and local knowledge, I can truly help you find a fair buy. The mistake many Sellers are making is pricing their property at the extreme high of the last sale. The problem with that, is their property may be on a less desirable block, or not updated to same degree, etc. I believe now through the beginning of June is the time to make offers on the real estate that has not sold this season. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. Call me for ideas.

Live, in-person concerts return to the Benedict Music Tent this summer in a safe, distanced, open-air atmosphere. Performances include three orchestral concerts and three recitals each week, opera scenes master classes, student recitals, lectures, panels, and more.
