Feeding Neighbors

In partnership with First Christian Church in Covington, Lakeside will serve a meal to our neighbors in Covington! If you have questions about the sign-up, please reach out to
Clay Deye, the coordinator of this meal effort!

Holiday Virtual Giving Barrel for November and December
The Brighton Center was able to help 1,700 children last year with each receiving 3 gifts, 3 stocking stuffers, and a book totaling $100. If you are interested in supporting the Holiday Drive Wish Tree program, please follow the link below to view their Amazon Wish List. The wish list is updated weekly (based on submitted applications from customers) and all items purchased will be delivered directly to Brighton Center.
The Ludlow families are in need of assistance during the Holiday season. Below is their Amazon Christmas Wishlist. Items will be added over the next few weeks as this effort in ongoing and based on the needs that arise.

AFGHAN REFUGEES
We have received word that the check from Heartfelt Tidbits to USCIS for the application fees for Karimullah’s family to come to the US has been processed. Although there is no guarantee or promise, this does show that the application has been received. We have been told that Karimullah has separated from his family for a safety precaution as the Taliban has been to his house twice looking for him. Please continue to pray for Karimullah and his family for their safety, and for news that they may be allowed to come to the US.
