Operation Christmas Child Mission

Operation Christmas Child is a project by Samaritan's Purse that delivers shoeboxes of gifts to children in need around the world. The project's mission is to demonstrate God's love and share the Good News of Jesus Christ with children.

This year, our LPC Missions Team, Children’s Ministry Team, and Cub Scout Pack #436 are joining forces to support this incredible project.

Please help our WNT Kids complete their goal to pack 200 of these boxes at Wednesday Nights Together on Nov. 13. Click the link below to select items to buy for this mission. The items you choose to get will be automatically shipped to Tracy Untener at LPC for the mission.

LPC Preschool and Daycare is looking for a substitute childcare assistant to join our amazing team! The person hired would fill in for vacations, if someone is sick, etc. Our hours are 6:45a.m.-5:30p.m. so any hours during these times may need coverage. There are weeks that we don't need any or just a little coverage, and there are weeks that we need a lot of coverage, so hours may vary. A high school diploma, a medical and a background check are required. We pay for the background check and any training hours or classes needed. We have a very fun and supportive team. It’s Time! You Haven’t Missed It!

LPC Women’s Retreat 2024 October 19th

You won’t want to miss this time together with all the ladies of LPC.

Stephanie Poblenz is our speaker this year.

All women are welcome, invite your friend, neighbor, sister, mom or daughter. High school young ladies and women are all welcome. Together we will experience a day of fun, fellowship and Christian learning. Our retreat this year will be at the church as it was last year. The cost is $25 and includes breakfast and lunch. We will have an optional game night again in Fellowship Hall with pizza and, yes, more snacks that evening if you would like to stay.

Sign-ups begin Sunday September 29and will end October 13th.

Feeding Ministry Volunteers Needed

Volunteers are needed for the Feeding Ministry on Monday nights. Some will need to cook, others just need to help serve. Besides cooking time, the actual time at the church on feeding night amounts to about 90 minutes to 2 hours. This would be a once-a-month endeavor or every other month.
