Angel Tree Needs a Coordinator
Angel Tree is a program of Prison Fellowship that connects parents in prison with their children through the delivery of Christmas gifts.
LPC is looking for one or two individuals who would be interested in heading up this ministry. Angel Tree is most time-consuming between October-December and it involves a great deal of organization, communication and patience. Angel Tree is rewarding in that the ministry helps to heal families broken through incarceration and brings happiness to the children and caregivers. If you would like to get involved in this ministry, please email contact Inga Kimple or Ned Earley.

Family Promise Signups for September 15-22 | |

We are looking forward to serving our families on September 15-22. Our families find themselves temporarily homeless and are being housed at the new Warren County Family Promise facility in Lebanon.
Below are the signups for hosts for meals, dinner, evening activities and overnight. See signup description for details. Signups will also be available on Sunday, September 1 and 8 at the Information Table.
Note: Meal quantities will be updated on Friday, September 13, with final headcount, including adjustments due to allergies. NOT TO EXCEED 20 servings. Thank you for your flexibility so we can best serve our families and allow us to not waste your gift and time.

They will learn how God sent a rock star, Jesus, to save us and take an in-depth look at what that means for their lives. Bible study, Crafts, Science Experiments, Active Gym Games, Snacks, and more!

It is finally Christmas break, and the kids are out of school! Now the real fun begins… except the teacher gave homework! But along the way, a group project becomes much more to a group of kids than they could have ever imagined. Join along as they embark on an exciting experiment that will change the way they experience Christmas forever. God’s kindness proves God’s love for us and is at the root of every detail of the Christmas story!

Feeding Ministry Volunteers Needed | | |

I need volunteers for the Feeding Ministry on Monday nights. Some will need to be able to cook, others just need to help serve. Besides cooking time, the actual time at the church on feeding night amounts to about 90 minutes to 2 hours. This would be a once a month endeavor or every other month.
