Please join us for a Congregational Meeting this Sunday, January 22 at 9:30 a.m. in the Sanctuary for the purpose of forming the 2023 Nominating Committee and for receiving the 2022 Annual Report. 

Love Offering

Our Preschool/Daycare Director of 27 years, Cindy Chambers, is retiring. Please join us in wishing her all the best in this new chapter of her life and thank her for the many years of service. If you wish to show your appreciation to Cindy with a Love Offering, please write a check payable directly to Cindy Chambers and put it in the offering box or mail it to the church office. If you prefer to make a cash contribution, please use a pew envelope and label the envelope “Cindy Chambers.” Cindy will be here Sunday, January 29 so you will be able to thank her personally. 

Interfaith Hospitality Signup for February 

We are looking forward to hosting our Interfaith Hospitality Network families February 5-11. Our families find themselves temporarily homeless and are being housed in local hotels. Thank you in advance for being the hands and feet of Jesus as we provide meals, gift bags, Bibles, cards of encouragement and prayer for our IHN families.  

Below are the signups. Signups will also be available on Sunday, January 29 after the 8:30 & 10 a.m. services in the Narthex and after the 11 a.m. service outside the Ark.

Matthew 25 is no longer taking prescription pill bottles so we have nowhere

to take them. Please discontinue bringing them to the church.

80 Years in Yucatan

CIY Super Start Conference

Super Start is an event put on by Christ in Youth. It is a high-energy weekend event in which preteens can learn and grow in their relationships with friends, leaders, and most importantly God.

WHO: 5th & 6th Graders

WHEN: Friday, March 17 & Saturday March 18

WHERE: Lakeside Christian Church

Lakeside Park, Kentucky

(We will meet at LPC and take the bus each day)

COST: $25* + extra money for meals & souvenirs

*Scholarships are available, if needed.
