2019 Best of Lincoln Park Award Winners

In partnership with the Clark Street SSA #23, we’re thrilled to announce the debut of new wayfinding signage from Diversey to Armitage along Clark Street and gateway entries to the neighborhood east of Clark Street.

Many thanks to our friends at Lakeshore Sport & Fitness for helping us clean up Fullerton Avenue in Lincoln Park on Thursday, June 13.

Reminder: Sandwich Boards Not Permitted in Chicago

In his recent Small Business Newsletter, Ald. Hopkins (2nd) posted a reminder that sandwich boards are not permitted in Chicago and the fine is $100 per incident, which can be issued daily. Last year, he co-sponsored an ordinance along with 27 other Aldermen and support from the LPCC which would create a permitting process. We are hopeful this ordinance will be passed under the new administration.
Sharing Success: Women in Business

We recently donated $200 to GirlForward as well as school supplies for their back to school program from items collected at our recent Women in Business Panel. GirlForward is a community of support dedicated to creating and enhancing opportunities for girls who have been displaced by conflict and persecution.
