We are excited to host over 100 parish engineers, supervisors and industry experts at the LPESA Fall Conference 2019. Here are some important reminders that will help you prepare for your trip to Charenton, LA.

Conference Venue The conference will be at The Pavilion of Cypress Bayou Casino Hotel in Charenton, LA. The state-of-the-art 102-room hotel offers guests deluxe accommodations. If you are staying overnight, call 1-800-284-4386 and use the LPESA code to reserve your room. Book by September 24 to avail of the special rate. Agenda Technical sessions on timely topics will be presented by industry experts and partners. Each attendee will receive a printed agenda upon registration, but you can take a look at the agenda ahead of time. View the agenda here >

Check-in Register at the conference desk to claim your packet, agenda, name badge and raffle ticket (for a prize) beginning at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 2, 2019.

Notes for Sponsors Sponsor displays will be inside The Pavilion. Setup is on Wednesday, 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon. Gold & Silver Sponsors are given the opportunity to present a multimedia material or a video (or simply speak for a few minutes) during the "Sponsor Highlights" on October 3 at 9:40 a.m. Expect a separate email from the organizers for more specific instructions.
