CAL CUP 2023

The San Diego Chapter CAL CUP Team heads to Nipomo, CA

this weekend to defend its 2022 championship title...

Our team of 12 players will be heading north of Santa Barbara to represent the San Diego Chapter against 11 other California Chapters on November 10-12. This is the 15^th Annual CAL CUP Tournament where players compete in a two-day match play competition.

Saturday, day one, is partner play – Half of the team plays alternate shot, and the other half plays Fourball. On Sunday, it is singles day where 12 points per team are up for grabs.

TEAM Four Score Updates as of Native Oaks

There are on two qualifying events left: Midweek at Rancho Bernardo and the Turkey Ball. As you can see it is a tight race in both flights. Fourscore is a team event that takes place over several months. We take the four lowest net scores for each team member during Chapter play to determine the winning teams. In Flight 1, the California Dreamers are leading by only two over team We Need More Pops. In Flight 2, the Putternauts lead over the 19th Holers by only three. With just two events remaining we will wait until the Holiday Event at Singing Hills to announce the season winners. Good Luck Teams!
