Time to Pray Hello LRBA Friends ! Please be praying for the people and communities affected by hurricane Laura in Louisiana and Texas. We are on hold in regard to Baptist on Mission teams going to Louisiana at this point. They are presently using neighboring states first to help respond because of COVID. Please be in prayer for our nation! With all the social unrest, a contentious election year, the natural disasters and the many challenges created by COVID - people are at their limits. Many people are just flat out angry and many people are scared. They are frightened by an unknown future and they are scared of dying! Every one needs Jesus! In Christ, there is no fear of death! Please be in prayer for our Churches and Pastors! Please pray for a God-sent revival and an overwhelming spiritual awakening to sweep across the nation and around the world! We need it! Please look for ways to be the Gospel in your community and share the Gospel with everyone you can. Baptist Children's Homes of NC Food/Supply Roundup September will be BCH's Food Roundup for 2020. In the past, some of our LRBA churches have served as food dropoff locations for area churches. This year,each LRBA church is asked to make Food Roundup deliveries directly to Cameron Boy's Camp in Cameron. Please contact Drew Scott, Cameron Boy's Camp Director (910-245-4034) regarding a delivery time. If your church collects gift cards, please deliver the cards to the LRBA Office by September 30 for a BCH representative to pick up. Food Roundup List

Mission Projects August: School supplies are due to the LRBA Office by 9/2. September: We will focus on collecting cleaning supplies and laundry detergent for the Charity Rebuild Center in Rose Hill (facility for teams helping with the Florence Rebuild). These supplies will need to be delivered to LRBA Office by 10/1. Thank you for your willingness to help.
