Maria Waddy
Transportation Industry Professional
Maria Waddy is an experienced transportation industry professional with experience working with clients, vendors and industry leaders to develop connectivity solutions to meet the evolving market needs of the transportation industry.

She has more than 20 years of experience in the transportation technology sector and is committed to the customer experience and working with clients to evaluate the market and designing solutions and new products to meet their needs and improve the experience they provide their customers.

Maria has a BS in Public Communications from Syracuse University and a MS in Strategic Marketing from Johns Hopkins University.
Sue Marines
Vice President Global Talent, GATX
Sue Marines is a senior Global Human Resources and Talent Leader who currently serves as Vice President Global Talent at GATX Corporation.

In her role, Sue leads the integration of GATX Talent initiatives across North America, Europe and India.

While she works closely with leaders on talent review, leadership development and talent development, she also has oversight for Talent Acquisition and works with global leaders on a variety of HR and organizational initiatives.

Since joining GATX in 2015, Sue has progressed through positions with increasing responsibility and proudly helped launch the first employee resource group, Women in Leadership (WIL), which focuses on attracting, retaining and developing female talent.

Pursuing her passion for Talent Management, Sue has worked across industries, including media, consulting, higher education and railcar leasing.

Sue has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Drake University, an M.B.A. in HR Management and Strategic Management from University of Illinois at Chicago and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification. Sue is an active member of the HR Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC) and of the League of Railway Women (LRW).

In her free time, Sue enjoys travel and spending time with her family.
Dina Maleski
Talent Acquisition Manager, Holland, L.P.
Dina Maleski is a skilled human resource professional with more than 18 years of experience in talent management, with expertise in leadership development, recruiting, performance management, compensation, and diversity.

She worked in Human Resources in the hospitality and services industries for 10 years prior to joining Holland, L.P. as a Talent Acquisition Manager. At Holland, Dina is responsible for recruiting and retaining talent of all levels and disciplines for the company.

Dina is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management's Illinois and Indiana chapters and the League of Railway Women. She is a Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional and earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Human Resources from Illinois State University.

Dina and her husband have three children and two rescue pit bulls. When she's not working she's with her family by their pool or traveling.
Anabelle Cormier
Vice President Business Development, Stahl Recruiting
Anabelle Cormier has over 10 years’ experience within the rail industry.

Skilled in succession planning, full-cycle recruitment and marketing, she maintains a deep connectivity within the rail arena, counting railways, manufacturers, engineering and leasing firms, and those within the industry supply base as her clients.

Currently the Membership Committee Chair for the Texas Short Line and Regional Railroad Association (TSLRRA) – and former Board of Governors Director with the Transportation Club of Houston – Anabelle regularly supports industry efforts through endeavors such as the ASLRRA’s Railroad Day on the Hill.

Prior to her involvement in the rail sector, Anabelle worked in automotive finance for Ford Motor Credit Co.

She possesses a bachelors in Business Administration from Texas A&M - Corpus Christi.
