Map of the Caribe Hilton

You can click on the map and download to your phone or computer. The map is also available in the conference app.

Caribe Hilton limits access to beach and outdoor areas

The hotels in San Juan, especially the Caribe Hilton, control access to their outdoor areas; hotel guests need to check in with security and receive a daily wristband. Non-guests are not allowed to enter the outdoor areas, even if they're registered for an onsite conference.

A/V Information for Presenters

Best plan: A laptop with HDMI output + your presentation on a USB drive.

All session rooms at LSA 2023 San Juan will have a digital projector, screen and speakers. Panelists must supply their own laptop computers if you plan to display slides during their session.

To prepare for a smooth start to your presentation, we recommend bringing a laptop with an HDMI output and saving your presentation on a USB drive. Mac laptop users should bring an adapter that allows them to connect to HDMI. Please come prepared!

Session Chairs and Discussants

If you haven't already, all session chairs should reach out to your panelists to coordinate your session. Please review your role as a session chair or discussant at the link below.

There will be a first time attendee orientation on Thursday, June 1 at 11:45am-12:45pm in the Wave Wing - 2nd Floor; Ceiba Room.
