Members of the Legislative Service Agency and Research Directors (LSA/RD) Committee recently met in Kirkland, Washington, for their annual training seminar. Key topics of discussion included virtual and hybrid legislative sessions, building and maintaining efficient work relationships, and an interactive teambuilding to hone communication and active listening skills.
