Greeting Conference Attendees!

The LSAW Conference is next week and we have some important information. Please read this email carefully and save it so that you can access it later if needed.

CONFERENCE APP

We will be using an app again this year to organize conference information. This includes:

·        Speaker Bios

·        Course Descriptions

·        Handouts

·        Continuing Education Tracking

Please download the app before the conference so that you can get familiar with the features. Feel free to reach out to the LSAW Executive Office if you have questions!

Accessing the App by Phone

1.   Download "ConferenceBeat Event App" Your Phone Using Google Play or Apple Store

2.   Click Current Events and then LSAW Conference 2026

3.   Sign-in Using the Email Address You Included on Your Conference Registration

4.   Create a Passcode (password)

5.   Click on Profile and update the information you would like to share with other attendees. Be sure to add a photo!

Accessing the App by Web Browser

1.   Using Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge, go to: https://app.resultsathand.com/lsaw2026

2.   Sign-in Using the Email Address You Included on Your Conference Registration

3.   Create a Passcode (password)

4.   Click on Profile and update the information you would like to share with other attendees. Be sure to add a photo!

Get the most out of the conference app! Be sure to visit the Exhibitors/Sponsors page, check the notifications section frequently, and connect with attendees using the chatrooms!

Continuing education credits will be tracked through the Conference App. At the conclusion of the conference, attendees will be able to email themselves a copy of their continuing education certificate. The LSAW Executive Office will also maintain a copy of your continuing education.

Tracking Your Education

·        In the Conference App, Click on Agenda

·        Click the Session you are attending

·        Click "Check-in"

·        At the conclusion of the session, click "Check-Out"

·        View your progress by clicking the "My CEUs" button on the main page

·        If you forget to check-in or check-out, see Crissy at the Conference Registration desk for assistance.

IMPORTANT! We will not be using a paper CEU passport stamp system. If you do not want to use the Conference App to track your continuing education, you will be provided a final program that you can use to highlight the sessions you attend and track your education.

Both the final program and the handouts can be accessed through the conference app, however, if you would like to download from our Google Drive, use the button below.

Please note, some of our speakers are still hard at work updating presentations and handouts. Additional handouts will be added as they are received.

Get ready for something new at this year’s LSAW Conference!

Our first-ever Scavenger Hunt!

We’ll be forming five teams, each rallied around one of our college programs, to take on seven fun and interactive challenges throughout the conference. Some tasks will take you around the Davenport and nearby Spokane locations, while others can be completed right inside the conference. You don’t have to do it all yourself, teams can divide and conquer.

Whether you’re a student, seasoned surveyor, presenter, or exhibitor, this is a great way to connect, collaborate, and add a little friendly competition to your week.

Start thinking about who you want on your team. More details coming at Opening Ceremonies on Wednesday!

LSAW & YSN Bowling Night | February 27 – 6 PM | North Bowl - Spokane

After a long week of professional development at the LSAW Conference, join us Friday night for a fun, casual evening of bowling, food, and camaraderie in support of the Young Surveyors Network (YSN).

Highlights:

• No bowling skills required—just come ready to have fun
• Bowling, food, and shoe rental included
• Fun prizes and friendly competition (Bragging rights encouraged!)
• Proceeds support the Young Surveyors Network
