Lake Superior College's Fire Tech Club and HawkEye the LSC IceHawk were clearly among the crowd favorites at the 2021 Christmas City of the North Parade! LSC marketing ads ran during the televised broadcast of the parade, as well. Thank you all for helping represent #IceHawkNation so well.

More Than 100 Turn Out for LSC's Healthcare Open House
|
|
What an incredible turnout! Over 100 tour guests visited LSC's beautiful main campus for the LSC Healthcare Open House, with tours spaced out for the duration of the three-hour event. Tour guests came from the Twin Cities area, Brainerd, Grand Rapids, International Falls, the Iron Range, northwest Wisconsin, Wrenshall, Owatona, and all throughout the Twin Ports region.
Special thanks to our admissions/recruitment team for organizing such a great event, our marketing team for promoting the event so well, and our advising team for helping meet with students and explaining the registration process. We hope to see many of these prospective students back on campus soon, as enrolled students.

Please keep masking up, IceHawks!
Safety remains our highest priority. Masks/face covering continue to be required inside all public spaces on all Lake Superior College campus locations, regardless of vaccination status.
Vaccinations: Minnesota State is following the guidance from the State of Minnesota and Minnesota Department of Health on vaccinations of our students and employees. An all employee email went out on September 8, and is also available on the website.
As a reminder, please do not come to campus if you're feeling sick, symptomatic and/or had any exposure to COVID-19. This includes those mandated under Policy 1446 to complete weekly testing on campus. If you are feeling sick or feel you may have been exposed to COVID-19, please contact your healthcare provider and/or use community testing sites rather than coming to campus for testing, as we are not setup like a community testing site. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
The most effective way we can reduce the spread of COVID-19 and avoid further restrictions is to get vaccinated. For more information and how to find a vaccine location, please visit mn.gov/covid19/.
