Kathy Beers spent 29 years in the classroom and 22 years advising the award-winning yearbook at Timber Creek High School in Fort Worth. She is now a Creative and Adobe Specialist for Walsworth Yearbooks. She loves to help guide advisers and staffs through their crazy ideas on their journey to make their yearbook vision a reality.

LEARN ABOUT THE LSU COLD CASE PROJECT


The LSU Cold Case Project is part of a class for advanced journalism students at the university that investigates Civil Rights era killings and obtains long-buried answers. Since 2009, students have pored over 175,000 pages of FBI files and interviewed witnesses and family members of African Americans killed by the Ku Klux Klan from the 1950s through the early 1970s.
