for LSU Vet Med's Open House 2023!

We would like to formally invite you to the 40th LSU School of Veterinary Medicine's Open House on Saturday, January 28 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Skip Bertman Drive at River Road.

Open House is free and open to the public. Over 4,000 visitors take the self-guided tour through the world of veterinary medicine and animal health care.

Things to Know

• Exhibits open at 9 a.m. and close at 3 p.m.
• There will be a check-in table and greeters will hand out maps to guide you to the exhibits.
• Parking is available across the street from the veterinary school. Please do not park in the parking lot adjacent to the Stephenson Pet Clinic. Those are reserved for our hospital clients, as the hospital remains open.
• Bring your teddy bears and other stuffed animals for Teddy Bear Repair.
• Admissions staff will be on hand to answer questions about veterinary school admissions and courses.
• LSU Vet Med clubs will have merchandise for sale. They accept cash and/or Venmo.
• To keep you, your family, and our exhibitors safe, please leave your pets at home.
