Executive Director Reflections

Dear LT Community:

The past few weeks have been a whirlwind as we've recruited for the LT'26 class. Thank you to our alumni who joined us at six recruitment events across Puget Sound, and to our LT'24 alumni who gave inspiring testimonials during our information sessions. See photos below!

As we wrap up recruitment season, here's one final ask: Have you nominated candidates for LT'26? It's not too late to submit a few last-minute nominations. If you've already nominated candidates, please take the extra step—reach out and encourage them to apply. Share your LT story and what make this experience and our community special. These personal touches truly make a difference!

Connecting with alumni from across the decades—from the 1980s to today—has re-energized me for the work ahead. Though we are navigating uncertain times, I know we are stronger together. By lifting each other up, we can build a brighter tomorrow.

In community,

Bindiya Patel

Executive Director

As an LT alum, you know how to use our aligned values and shared leadership tools to dig deep into difficult challenges. You also know the power of the LT community coming together to hold space for one another.

We invite you to do both at a Virtual Town Hall for the LT community this Wednesday, April 2, from 3:30-4:45p.m.

During this virtual gathering, we will provide a brief intro to a framework for moving forward from adrienne maree brown and then create space for small groups to work their way through the framework. We hope to see you there!
