ARM Home Office Summer Hours

Beginning Friday, July 12 , and continuing through Friday, August 30 , ARM's Home Office will close at 3 PM ET on Friday afternoons .
Transcare II Quoting Functionality Restored

Transamerica's software update is complete, and Transcare II individual and census quotes, including those with the new 3% Compound Benefit Increase Option, can now be run using myTransware on ARC.
Rate Action Announcement

Effective November 1, 2019 , John Hancock will be issuing rate action on certain in-force business in Iowa , Maryland , Massachusetts , New Hampshire , North Dakota , and Michigan . Advanced Resources Marketing [ARM] has merged with ACSIA Partners and LTC Global Agency to form a new company - LTC Agency Operations LLC [LTCAO]. Combining some of the most successful LTCi distribution networks in the industry, the consolidated businesses now make up the largest independent LTCi marketing operation in the country. Joseph Pulitano will serve as CEO, and Henrik Larsen will serve as COO. The merger signifies a commitment to the growth of the LTCi industry, particularly within the worksite market.

Policy Lifetime Commissions

NGL has announced that they will be introducing a comprehensive commission structure that offers new options such as lifetime renewal commissions, first-year commission on the premium for the base policy and all riders, Renewal commission on the premium for the Base Policy and Inflation Protection Riders, and Direct Deposit.
