Changing Crediting Rates for National PTLC Policies Effective March 1, 2020 the declared crediting rate for inforce PLTC policies will change. For national PLTC policies, the declared rate will reduce from 5.70% to 5.50%. For PLTC policies issued in New York, the declared rate will reduce from 5.45% to 5.25%.
