Leah has made a significant contribution to the high-quality service provided at the LUM Immigration Clinic, greatly enhancing its overall impact. She assists individuals navigating complex immigration processes, gaining hands-on experience for a future career with an immigration law firm. “I enjoy meeting with clients and community members and seeing a case through from the initial consultation to the approval notice,” Leah shared. “It’s incredibly rewarding to witness the positive impact our work has.”
Beyond her internship, Leah is involved in Pi Sigma Alpha, the Political Science Honor Society, and Purdue Night Train Swing Dance, where she served as treasurer and instructor. In her free time, she enjoys swing dancing, particularly Lindy Hop.
Leah credits her parents, Debbie & Matt, and her two younger siblings for their support. As she prepares to graduate in May 2025, she remains committed to advocating for immigrant rights. LUM is proud to spotlight Leah and her dedication to service. To read more about Leah, click HERE.
