6/4/26 Women's Summit - What to Know Before You Go!
We are so excited to see you at the Lehigh Valley Women’s Summit on Thursday, June 4, 2026, 8:00 am – 3:30 p.m. at Wind Creek Bethlehem (77 Wind Creek Blvd, Bethlehem, PA 18015)!
Here are a couple of things that you may find helpful for the day:
Follow the turquoise “Event Today” and “Event Parking” signs to get you to the right spot.
Please make sure to wear/bring comfy shoes – you can definitely rock your outfit, but the parking lot is HUGE, and we want you to be comfy throughout the conference! You may also want to dress in layers in case you get cold/warm throughout the day.
Our volunteers will be right there to greet you in pink t-shirts at the entrance of the hotel, where you can enter the building.
Doors open at 8:00 a.m. (you will want to be there at that time), and there will be coffee and a light breakfast, and you can check out our marketplace.
Our general sessions will be at the Wind Creek Event Center. Security check is required for ALL events in the Event Center. You will go through once and get a pink wrist band that will allow you to go to and from the Event Center.
When you arrive, grab your name tag in the lobby, and head over to the Security Check. Once in VISION, pick up your reusable welcome tote and head back out to the marketplace in the Foundry Ballroom and in the Pre-Function Halls!

There will be QR codes in the program booklet and on the screens in the breakout session rooms that will take you to a survey. You can also visit https://lehighvalleywomen.com/surveys/ to complete surveys. Everyone who fills out a breakout session survey will be entered into a drawing for some great prizes! Winners will be posted to the website by 3 p.m. that day.
We encourage you to bring your water cups and bottles so we can be eco-friendly and refill them throughout the day.
Bucks Room is the Nursing Mothers Room, and Berks Room is the Reset Room.
