KRONOS UPDATE
JNESO has held discussions with management regarding payroll concerns following the Kronos cyberattack.

The planned payroll transition to the API software is not estimated to be complete until February 2022. Until the transition is complete, time and recordkeeping will be tracked manually via paper timesheets to be processed by payroll.
MANAGEMENT HAS SENT PROCEDURES TO YOUR LVH EMAIL ADDRESS ON HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR TIME MANUALLY VIA THE LVHN INSIDER.

PLEASE KEEP COPIES OF ALL YOUR TIMESHEETS AS THEY WILL BE THE RECORD OF ALL TIME WORKED, PTO, INCENTIVES OWED, ON-CALL, DIFFERENTIALS, AND WORKED ON-CALL.

ALL RECONCILIATIONS AFTER THE TRANSITION IS COMPLETE WILL BE PROCESSED USING THE DATA FROM THE TIMESHEETS.
Members should expect to be paid for all hours worked (or PTO time used), any overtime after 40 hours a week, incentive and bonus pay, and worked on call. JNESO has expressed to management our deep concerns about members being paid appropriately in the upcoming weeks.

In particular, we have expressed concerns about members being paid for all differentials owed, hours spent on-call (not-worked), and all daily OT. We continue to research solutions that will ensure everyone receives as close to their full pay as possible and will communicate those solutions immediately.
