SHIFT INCENTIVES
CRISIS STAFFING: RNs who come in on their off-hours to work in areas of need will receive an additional $60 per hour to their base rate on day shifts and $75 per hour during evening and night shifts.

PRE ASSIGNMENT INCENTIVES: RNs who are willing to work in opened “surge units” (for example, if RTC opens) on their off-hours will receive an additional $85 per hour to their base rate on day shifts and $100 an hour during evening and night shifts.

FLOAT POOL INCENTIVES: RNs who are willing to work extra shifts in the Float Pool on weekday, weeknight, and weekend shifts will receive an incentive of an extra 35% of their hourly wage per hour.
All of these incentives are inclusive of regular shift differentials and also overtime will be applied when applicable.

Incentive shifts can be canceled based on unit census and needs but CANNOT be canceled by utilizing a manager or outside agency.
