CRISIS PAY (EXPANDED UNITS)

JNESO fought very hard to get this bonus expanded for a larger majority of the bargaining unit. The original proposal left out many hard-working JNESO members. While we are happy management has agreed to expand the number of units to be paid for crisis pay, we will continue to fight for incentives for the units that are currently not eligible.

CRISIS PAY DETAILS

Full-Time RNs (.9 FTE or higher) will be paid $1000 each month through June 2022.

Part-Time RNs (.4 - .8 FTE) will be paid $500 each month through June 2022.

February and March payments will be paid on March 4th.

The following units are eligible:

2B, 3B, 4B, CVT, Mother-Baby/Gyn, Mental Health, Same-Day Surgery, NICU, IRF, CCU, CVU, Float, OR, PACU, L&D, ED, SPU
