REMINDERS
VACATION REQUEST RESPONSES:
Vacation request responses were due back to members from management on March 1, 2021. If you have not received a response please reach out to your Labor Rep. Victoria Pacheco (below).
PTO BUYBACK:
As per the newly negotiated Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), members are eligible for a PTO buyback for unused 2020 time. For the calendar year, 2020 only, full and part-time RNs will be permitted to cash out up to 48 hours of earned but unused PTO at 100% pay provided RNs have 100 hours remaining in the bank after cash-out. RNs that have a balance of over 100 hours after the 48-hour cash out will also receive a payout of up to a maximum of 100 hours of accrued PTO. Payment for such hours will be made at 50% pay.
