Mothers and Others for Peace - Month of May, Idea Box, Oak Park Library, 834 Lake Street, Oak Park, "Back to our roots".  Join in a peaceful activity at the  "Make a Flower, Give a Flower"    workshop to make paper flowers    with the intention that for each flower created, you will make another to give away to someone who least expects it, maybe a stranger!    The workshops will be held at the Idea Box on Wednesday, May 9  at 3 pm, and Saturday, May 12  at 1 pm.   Materials will be provided, and no registration is necessary.

Annual Meeting 
Our Annual Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 22, at the Oak Park Township Senior Room, 130 S. Oak Park Ave.  The Business Meeting is scheduled at start at 5:30 pm, followed by a lite supper, and then a panel discussion with five of our lifetime members(50+ years!). The   Annual Meeting Packet should be reviewed before the meeting. Voting will take place that night to approve the new slate, budget, and program for next year.  We hope everyone will be able join us for this great end of the year event.
