2020 Holiday Helper Program
 
The Holiday Helper program is kicking off!  The Holiday Helper program assists families in need within Lyon and Pleasant Ridge by providing children outerwear, holiday gifts and food.  We are now seeking sponsors!   Sponsors provide outerwear (coats, snow pants, boots, hats and gloves) in early November, as well as books and gifts in early December to families.   

Sponsors can offer to help one child or a family with two or more children.  Other ways to help include providing grocery gift cards or cash donations.

Save-the-Date for our Food Truck Fundraiser!
Date: Thursday, October 15th
Time: 5-7pm
Location: Lyon School Parking Lot
The PTA will be hosting our first ever Food Truck Fundraiser. Treat yourself to some delicious nom from these local Chicago businesses: The Fat Shallot and A.Sweet Girl's Cupcakes. 15% of all proceeds will go to the PTA. 
 
To ensure social distancing orders must be placed online and a time must be selected for pick-up. Spots are limited!

We appreciate all the families who completed the Walk Challenge. Did you make it to Chicago and back (40-miles) during the month of September? Even if you didn't we are glad you spent time with your family and enjoyed the outdoors.
