To the La Mirage Home Owners,
Included with this letter you will find the approved Special Assessment Resolution for $1,200,000. The Board had notified the owners that the Board approved the special assessment which would be due in 4 installments, the first installment being due December 31, 2022.
The Board fielded condo owner input and the Board having listened to the Owners have amended the due dates through the passing of the included resolution making the first installment now due January 22, 2023. The intent of the Board is to make clear any confusion on voting at the Annual Owner meeting. That being said, those of you that are able to pay early, please do so. We have ongoing expenses due prior to the end of the year and we need the cash to cover them.
Also, some owners have requested the ability to pay by credit card. This has been set up currently for temporary owner transactions for the special assessment payments. If you would like to make payments by credit card, a link has been provided below. You will need to include the amount you wish to pay along with your preferred contact information. Management will create a transaction which you will be emailed or texted whichever method you prefer. The email will come from noreply@aptx.cm The credit card transaction fee varies by credit card but is typically 2.5% or 2.9% + $.10 per transaction.

In an effort to accommodate owners and expedite payments by owners, La Mirage will also be waiving credit card transaction fees for any assessment collections made prior to close of business day January 5, 2023.
