La Marguerite
Our cocktail list at the bar has some new additions... 'La Marguerite' is a French take on a margarita. Instead of limes, we use grapefruit citrus, and we've blended in a few French spirits as well. To try it yourself at home, here is the recipe: La Marguerite Shake vigorously with ice: 1.5oz plata or blanco tequila 1oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice 1/2oz amaretto 1/4oz lemon juice Spritz the side of a coupe with pernod, and crust half the glass with a blend of half salt & sugar. Strain the shaken mixture into the glass, and enjoy! |
