If your roof is dirty homeowners must have their roofs professionally cleaned by September 1, 2025, and provide proof that your roof has been cleaned. Please let us know when your roof has been cleaned so we may log that information into our system.
After September 1, 2025, inspections will be conducted and those residences that have dirty roofs will receive courtesy/violation letters.
