The breakout podcast success story, La Verdad del Ser, hosted by Maria Celeste Rios, has joined the Pitaya Entertainment podcast network (“Pitaya”). The show, with its focus on spirituality and personal growth, emerged out of nowhere, and has become one of the most popular weekly programs in Latin America and the U.S., generating millions of streams each month without even being available on most podcast apps.
After overcoming major obstacles in her personal life, Maria Celeste Ríos created La Verdad del Ser to take her audience on a spiritual journey inspired by the teachings of the writer Conny Mendez, the spiritual leader Emmet Fox, and other philosophical and metaphysical teachers.
With no support team other than her family, Maria Celeste launched the show on YouTube in late 2022 as a personal means of expression, and within a year it was streaming millions of times each month. Debuting on Spotify only seven months ago, it now generates more than one million additional streams a month just on that platform. With Pitaya’s involvement, the show will now be available on all podcast apps.
La Verdad del Ser is now available for free on all major podcast apps, including Spotify, Apple Podcasts and Amazon Music, as well as on Pitaya’s website (pitaya.fm). New episodes are released every Monday.
About Maria Celeste Rios
Maria Celeste Ríos was born in the Province of Córdoba, Argentina. She grew up in a very humble family, and on many occasions suffered from not having her basic needs covered.
At the time of her second daughter's birth, Maria was diagnosed with advanced uterine cancer. It was at that time that she began studying metaphysics and reading books on spirituality and personal growth. While undergoing medical treatment, she clung to life, nourishing herself with all the information she could to cure her illness. A few months later she was cancer free.
From that moment on, she felt that she had to share her experiences and knowledge with the world, which is why she created La Verdad del Ser in November of 2022.
She currently helps millions of people with her podcasts, teaching them that there is a wonderful life available to everyone and that we are all worthy of it. She shares metaphysical techniques and tools that she has applied in her own life with wonderful results, which she hopes will be helpful to her audience too.
Maria Celeste does not appear on camera in her videos, as she considers that what is most important is the valuable content she shares with her audience, not her physical appearance. That is why she does not do in-person interviews and why interviews with her cannot be filmed.
