The NLTA wishes to advise Labrador members that the issue regarding the retroactive Labrador Travel Allowance has been resolved and payment will be made in the coming week. The Association has been actively working with the employer to address this issue and is pleased to see resolution to the matter.
We have been advised that the retroactive Labrador Allowance payment will be paid to teachers and retirees on January 22, 2026.
