Join us this Thursday, May 21st, 2026, at 16:00 EAT for our extended LabCoP ECHO session in collaboration with the Global Laboratory Initiative (GLI) and FIND, where we will share the Diagnostic Network Optimization (DNO) Implementation Guide.
Each year, an estimated three million people with TB are not diagnosed or treated primarily due to lack of access to quality testing, particularly in rural and underserved areas. Diagnostic Network Optimization leverages geospatial analytics to identify gaps in population accessibility, optimise device placement, and improve sample referral systems. This analysis helps countries to address diagnostic network inefficiencies, strengthen strategic planning, and guide funding decisions to strengthen the diagnostic network. In this session, we will share the GLI/FIND Implementation Guide developed to enhance data-driven approaches to diagnostic network strengthening. The presenter will outline the various types of DNO analyses, the challenges they address, and the resource requirements to help countries identify the analysis that best fits their context.
