Salvaterra's Gardens

Bok Choy VS Pak Choy

Fall crops are making their return including radishes, beets and pak choy! We love this time of the year when summer crops are still plentiful but the cold weather crops begin to come in - best of both worlds! This recipe from vegetarian times is easy and flavorful https://www.vegetariantimes.com/recipes/sweet-sour-bok-choy-and-radish-stir-fry/

Note: Lots of customers ask what the difference is between bok choy and pak choy and really the answer nothing! Pak choy is generally a smaller more compact version of bok choy but both can be used interchangeably in recipes!
