Starting on September 1st, your perfect pet can be entered into the Cutest Critter Contest and possibly end up as a calendar model in one of Paws in Prison's main annual fundraisers... That's right it's time for the....

CUTEST CRITTER CONTEST!

The contest ends at midnight on September 30 so start the contestant entries and voting now! Anyone can enter, no matter where you live or what kind of pet you have. Tell us what makes them special in the biography as well!

The top 12 photos with the most votes will receive a  2025 Friends of Paws in Prison Cutest Critter Calendar with each month represented by one of the top 12 Cutest Critter photo winners. These calendars will subsequently be available on our website merchandise page for approximately $25 each after the end of the contest

Meet TARA, our new Volunteer Coordinator!

"I've been loosely connected to PIP as an adopter since 2010, when my husband and I were honored to adopt Chance and Charlie. No amount of time would have been enough, but after many years of being the "goodest-boys," with all the best love and snuggles, they passed at the ages of 12 and 13. We have now adopted Reign, who I'm sure you heard about if you follow Paws in Prison news, and we cannot believe how lucky we are! Such an incredibly good girl waited so patiently for nearly TWO years with PIP? We wish we could have found her sooner, but we are so blessed to have her now.  After having been given SO much by Paws in Prison, I decided it was time to give back, and am very excited to be here now as your volunteer coordinator! "

Tara is also helping us with grant applications! We are thrilled to have her serve with us!
