Witch Dancing!

Come out on September 5th and enjoy an afternoon of festive music, striking costumes and thoughtful choreography. Performances at 1 and 3 p.m. by the entrance to the Castle.  Rain date September 6.

The Southern New England Witch Dancers are a performance dance troupe with roots linking to the Wolfshager Hexenbruts of Germany, who catapulted witch dancing

into global popular culture in 2016. 

Guided Hikes!

Now that the weather is a little cooler, it is a great time to visit the trails! Learn about all the fascinating structures that Gillette created to enhance the experience, while enjoying fresh air and exercise at the same time!

The hike is about an hour and fifteen minutes and is generally a gentle and flat trail with a couple of brief scrambles. Sturdy shoes and proper clothing are recommended.

To ensure the comfort of all hikers, please leave your pets at home, or take a walk without a trail guide (leashed dogs are allowed at the park). Bad weather cancels to include excessive heat or rain. Meet at 11 a.m. at the entrance to the Visitor Center. Hikes all weekend, Friday through Monday, Sept. 4-7
