Just like individuals, families, nations/countries, and our planet herself periodically go through times of great change and transformation. Whether brought on by forces of Nature or catalyzed by humans in one form or another, we are certainly living through one of those times. The process is almost never easy or pretty - and can sometimes be downright devastating. If you are someone who has been directly impacted by any of the myriad natural and man-made crises we have been recently experiencing, I hope you are able to find whatever comfort and solace you need at this time <3.

As we head into Labor Day weekend, remember that we all have work to do as part of this next phase in birthing something better, so reflect on how you can contribute, knowing that as you express yourself and manifest your unique gifts and talents in the world, we all benefit. Today's PGG essay touches on this theme.

The PGG Video of the Week is a reminder that life is a process and how to navigate it; this week's Instagram post about a warning from a special group of indigenous people and their connection to my collage. For an antidote to all the intensity of late, check out the PGG Vibe of the Week, The Commodores' Easy.

Last but not least, if you look forward to and benefit from these weekly missives and PGG essays and want to show your gratitude, any donations for my efforts are welcome and appreciated here: And as always, please feel free to contact me with any comments about anything.

Big hug <3
