The Ladies Only Survivor Mindset Class is a 4 hour class that covers

what you need to know to equip you with the confidence, knowledge,

and skills to identify and avoid danger. This class is a must for ladies looking to increase their awareness skills and reduce their chances of being a victim.

Some topics covered:

Safety while running

Safety while traveling.

Situational awareness

Reading body language

How predators choose a victim

Learning to listen to your intuition

Tools and options available to you

No weapons are needed for this course. If you would like to bring your own firearm and holster please ensure that your firearm is unloaded.

You will receive a certificate upon completing this class.

Stavroula Avramidis "Stav" is a dynamic instructor who holds a number

of teaching certifications and brings real world experience to the class.
