Week 2

The ladies hit the ground running this week, staying after school in preparation for the 22nd annual Arizona Preps Fall Showcase this Saturday.

Tuesday night, parents got the opportunity to meet Coach Walker during his "Meet the Coach" introduction.

In the classroom on Wednesday, the team discussed the importance of celebration and how to evaluate ourselves this Saturday.

After some rescheduling, the team played three games on Halloween night, competing against a tough 6A school in Mesa and two youthful 4A squads in Poston Butte and Yuma.

In what was a fun night, full of engagement and development, the ladies finished the showcase 2-1.

With the regular season quickly approaching, the ladies will look to build off their experiences this weekend and attack the coming days.
#Tryouts

The first day of tryouts will be November 9th in the main gym. For a full breakdown of days and times for the week, see right. Any interested athlete, regardless of grade, will be trying out at the same time. Feel free to reach out to Coach Walker with any questions or concerns you might have.
